Gilligan’s Greenwich

with 3 comments

Ah, Andrew Gilligan. Can’t say I agree with him a lot of the time, but the longtime west Greenwich resident and controversial Evening Standard journalist-cum-Livingstone baiter has now started a weekly blog on matters SE10 and beyond, Gilligan’s Greenwich. Even if you don’t follow his school of thought, it’s good he’s joining the debate about what happens around this neck of the woods.

(Some people will be watching the comments he gets very closely, mind…)

  1. Hi, thanks for linking to the site. Hope you’ll stop by and join the debate too sometime.

  2. Do you think he’ll use some independent thought, or just repeat what Boris has told him?

  3. [snip]‘making it probably the most expensive bus route in the history of the world.’

Is this the kind of unsourced nonsense that we should expect from an award-winning investigative journalist?
